At this time, we accept Aetna, Excellus Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Fidelis, Humana, MVP, United Healthcare; however, other insurance companies may still pay for your therapy sessions.We recommend that clients contact their insurance companies to determine what coverage they have for "out of network" mental health benefits. We are able to provide invoices suitable for submission to insurance plans as requested. Most insurance companies will reimburse individuals for my services.

If we don't bill your insurance company directly or you are concerned about privacy, we can provide you with documentation stating a diagnosis code and your therapy session dates and you may be reimbursed for the session fee at an "out of network" rate.

Cash, check, major credit cards, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo and many Health Savings & Flexible Spending Account cards are accepted for payment. Discounts available for multiple sessions paid for in advance. We also offer a sliding scale for those in need. Feel free to discuss any payment questions with us prior to scheduling your appointment.

If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, or cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $75 cancellation fee.
